Stories, games, music, and imaginative activities will introduce yoga poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), inquiry and self-reflection to your young child. This lively approach to yoga is a wonderful way for kids to develop strength, flexibility, and mindful presence with respect for self and others. This fun class will offer structure with plenty of room for spontaneity and finishes with restorative poses for a final relaxation, in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.
A care-giver is required to stay during class to offer hands-on support and encouragement. While age range is geared for 3-6 years old, siblings on either side of age range are welcomed!
