This is a movement class for older adults, focused on safe exercises you can do daily at home.
It will include seated chair exercises, resistance band work, as well as some muscle releases that will help you become more mobile and balanced.
Meet new friends, improve your flexibility and balance, minimize pain, and move better in your body.
All fitness levels are welcome to attend. Modifications will be provided.
