In this course we work with the empowering system of the seasonal cycles & the menstural cycle - you'll learn about and connect with their distinct phases that hold different energies & challenges, that every person can learn to make use of, to address challenges in body, mind and emotions that present themselves in all stages of life.
This session is open to all women whether they currently have a cycle or not.
Like you and your unique body, each practice is different in structure and content. Each session we explore one phase of the menstrual cycle/season & how to adapt your yoga practices to these changing energies and abilities - you learn to use a range of yogic tools to discover yourself, activate, nurture, relief & reveal. We'll explore Yang sessions, (active & dynamic) with vinyasa elements & stronger holds in Yin sessions: relaxing and restorative with slow - flow elements, release and stillness. Mindfulness practices, pranayama, mantra, meditation and free movement are an integral part of the pracitce that encourages you to explore the feelings & find comfort in your own beautiful body & experience yourself as you are.
