Get ready to take flight! This three week series will give you not only the tools you need to get into some awesome arm balances and inversions but the strength and courage to get your feet off the ground! In week one you will be starting with some basic arm balances, in week two you will be learning more advanced arm balances and building up to handstands by week three. Throughout the workshop we will be focusing on alignment and which muscles groups need to be engaged to reach your goal pose. You are ready now to take flight!
