The workshop is designed to empower you with the knowledge of how to take care of your own body in preparing for your birth and to optimize your recovery for return to full activity and exercise.
You will learn about incontinence, diastasis, pain and prolapse, how to manage these if they occur but more importantly what you can do to minimize the risk of these issues.
The workshop will be lots of learning about your body changes and also some exercises so you’re confident in what todo at home. There will be some time for individual questions, but you may need a private appointment for further assessment.
Workshop attendance enables you to book a 25’ subsequent visit with Anniken for your 6 week post partum check up rather than the 60’ initial appointment.
