Presented at Antoinette's Cookery School by Malberry Cakes

Time: 4 hours
Prerequisites: None

What you will learn:

-How to level a cake and fill with buttercream
-How to make chocolate ganache and colour it
-How to ice a cake with ganache
-How to get sharp iced edges
-Dripping technique
-How to prepare decorations for top and assemble

Price: R800 per person

This includes the following:

Recipes with instructions, tips and more information.
The use of the cookery school’s apron during the class
All the utensils and ingredients to use during the class, except a few which you can bring along yourself.
Take your beautifully decorated cake home in a box

Classes will be presented in English and Afrikaans.
Recipe bundles will be presented in English.
List of tools needed will be provided with your booking.
