Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt a bit unsure where to start? Join us as we learn basic poses that promote strength, flexibility, and stress reduction in a supportive environment, guided by yoga instructor Sara Walsh. The last session on April 28 will be 75 minutes and accompanied by relaxing live music, ending with a gong bath meditation. Appropriate for adults and teens ages 16 and up.
