In the workshop Alex will cover evidence based supplementation and returning to the gym successfully after an injury.

Alex will discuss what scientific evidence exists to support the effectiveness of these supplements.

Return to gym successfully post injury will include lifting after:

• Back injury – focusing on disc bulges and protrusions
• Shoulder injury – focusing on rotator cuff tears and impingement

Alex will talk about what exercises to do and what to avoid for each injury.
