Beginners Weight Training is a 6 week session designed to help you learn how to train/workout with weights. Each session will be led by a Certified Trainer/Coach. During the sessions you will learn proper form and movements for each exercise. Weight training will help you gain strength, lose fat, burn more calories, sleep better, and much much more.
