Join me for this 8-week total body fitness series. We'll explore different moves each week and use a variety of tools - mats, light weights, resistance bands, steps, and bodyweight.
Build strength, range of movement, flexibility, balance, and endurance with this series.
Classes are $10 drop-in, or just 1 punch on your FWA class card. If you are a member (have a monthly membership not a classes card) of AquaFit, you can attend this class as part of your membership.
Each class will vary slightly in the moves and focus, but all classes will include
- cardio intervals
- strength movements (variations always shared)
- balance and/or flexibility drills
- 15 minute end-of-class challenge
- cool down stretches
There is also an option to participate virtually! In addition to this class, you'll get 1 written workout with a video of the moves and 1 Insanity class each week. You'll also be invited to join a virtual accountability group. Cost for virtual group is $50.
