Relax Stretch and Breathe Drop-in session

NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please contact your local teacher to check availability and register. The classes are held on Monday evenings 7.00-8.30pm

Please bring a mat if possible and your own pillow and blanket. The
session is 1.5 hours long with 10 minutes for refreshments and
discussions at the end. Refreshments are provided.

There is plenty of street parking at the venue and the venue has good access including a lift.
