Arbor in partnership with Cream Wine Company
and Brazos Wine Imports bring you an experience of Midwestern Springtime cuisine, paired with five small-producer wines from Montsecano to Itata, Chile. These are not the wines you think of when you think of Chile. You could taste hundreds of wines from Chile and not come across wines like these. This is why we are doing this dinner.

Oddball wines, yet straight up delicious. We have been thinking about ways of hosting monthly experiences where they are uniquely Arbor: the focus is on delicious and discovery, you learn something, and you just have a fun time. Wine dinners can be boring and way too contrived. This series of dinners and events will be a way for us to create a new kind of wine dinner with the wines we believe in.

The cuisine and geography of Chile are revered but not so much the wine. We started finding wines we were really interested in from producers and wanted to put together a dinner to showcase them. Brian Ravinsky, who finds these wines and imports them will be here to share about these crazy delicious wines.
