Our Women’s Only CrossFit 101 class welcomes all women who want to jump start their health and fitness in a supportive, non-intimidating environment!
This class, taught by coach Kristen, will introduce and build upon CrossFit-style workouts while taking into account each person’s fitness level and experience. Designed for first-timers and women wanting to learn the foundational movements that we use in CrossFit.
Participants will learn movement techniques, progressions, and scaling methods. We introduce participants to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. We focus on conditioning, building core strength, teaching proper form and technique and improving your overall fitness and state of mind.
