ASMSA's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Bootcamp is for all innovators, aspiring entrepreneurs, and outside-the-box thinkers! This immersive, hands-on, student-driven learning experience introduces participants to the "lean startup" process which is the basis of successful business launch programs like the National Science Foundation's i-Corps program. Students explore rapid product development and iteration, identify product/market fit, and business model development. The week culminates an exciting expo in which attendees prepare and deliver a public pitch of their ideas. Students gain valuable team-building, communication, and critical thinking skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Don't miss out on the fun. Camp will take place from Sunday afternoon July 15 to Friday afternoon July 20.There is no cost for this camp. Food, lodging, and supplies will be provided by ASMSA at no charge. Supervision by our residential life staff and activities will be provided for campers during off hours.

Camp Dates:

July 15: Arrival by 4:00 p.m.
July 16-19: Camp
July 20: Camp and departure at 4:00 p.m.

Students applying to be a part of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Bootcamp should meet the following eligibility requirements: Students must

1. be an Arkansas high school sophomore in Fall 2018
2. have a clear interest in business, innovation, creativity or technology.
3. demonstrate academic performance and potential in technology and/or business
4. submit a brief recommendation from a teacher, counselor, GT coordinator, or school administrator. (Instructions for the recommendation will provided when you push the Submit button on this Application Form)

Please note: We welcome repeat applicants but, please note, those that have not attended any ASMSA camps in 2018 will have preference
