Beyond The American Swing with Coach Keith Wittenstein

Most of this workshop will focus on 1-arm swing work and developing rotational strength and power. The 1-arm swing is the basis for the clean, snatch, press and much, much more. Training these movements have great carry-over into sports which involve rotational strength (i.e., all sports!). Not only will this workshop help you refine and hone your techniques for Bootcamp & CrossFit, but it will help you at your sport of choice outside the gym.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of athletes and coaches.

Keith Wittenstein has a way of infusing humor into his detailed and intelligent teaching of movement and mobility techniques. Keith is a CrossFit® Level 4 Coach and committed to having people move better and live pain free lives. He is a veteran member of the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Seminar Staff. Additionally, he leads CrossFit Specialty Seminars on Kettlebells, Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting. Prior to teaching CrossFit, Keith is also a former vinyasa yoga and Yoga Tune Up® teacher.
