This event is appropriate for all ages, but especially for ages 3 and older

Games are an effective tool to support education. Kids with disabilities tend to need more repetition of math and reading skills and this is a fun way to do that. In today's world of increased technology a board game also supports social interaction verus independent play on an ipad or video game. Board games increase communication skills even in a mixed ability group whether it be for dhh children or those with autism. Come and learn how to use board games to boost your child's communication, social and academic skills and build some great family memories in the process!
