This Family Sunday, meet local artist Trudi Lynn Smith and try out her Breath Camera! This event is in anticipation of the upcoming exhibition Supernatural: Art, Technology and the Forest featuring Trudi and other photography and video artists, who are deeply inspired by the forest. Enjoy activities connected to the wonder of the forest, photography and the breath. See you there!

Enjoy an afternoon of exploring hands-on art-making and ideas connected to current exhibitions and programming! Join us for cool activities for all ages which take place throughout the Gallery, including the gardens in warmer months. This recurring program often features special guests like storytellers, artists, performers or musicians – every third Sunday of the month (Oct – June from 2 – 4pm)!

The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria is located on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen speaking peoples, today known as the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations. We extend our gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to live and work on this territory.

The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to the main entrance and into the gallery spaces. The upper-level administration offices are not wheelchair accessible and are accessed by three flights of stairs. There are four gender inclusive washrooms that are wheelchair accessible.
