Algeria, Morocco, Libya and Tunisia all have various recipes for this flavorful marinade that you can grill, bake or poach just about any white fish or seafood you desire. Marinate it and spoon a little on top after cooking and you have a winner for exotic flavors!

Serve with Couscous or a quick pilaf and some roasted vegetables and you just created a gift for all who wish to experience Northern Africa and the Mediterranean. We will make fish all three ways to show the versatility of this unique sauce.

Class is 1 ½ hours to 2 hours depending on questions and clean up.
