Men: Are you exhausted from “Running Through Life” at a frantic pace? Well the good news is you don’t have to. Make time to invest in yourself and re-establish balance in your mind & body. The last Thursday of each month is set aside for you! “Men’s Relax & Restore Yoga” will kick off on April 26th, 6:30 PM.
This Men's class will provide relaxation and restoration, through the use of a restorative yoga style of practice. Very gentle stretches and supported positions of the body will release tension, moderate chronic pain, decrease general stress and fatigue, while promoting a mindset of wellness and nurture of self.
