Beginner courses are a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga and improve your own practice!
In a small, relaxed environment where you get lots of one on one attention and you can ask all the questions you want without feeling your interrupting others flow.
Throughout the course you will learn;
25 common Asanas (postures)
We will work together in finding YOUR proper alignment and muscle engagement!
Various styles of meditation
Pranayama breathing techniques to benefit your health and compliment your asanas.
As well as a little Yoga philosophy.
This five week Beginner course includes two classes per week. One for specific training and one public class where you can join in and incorporate what you have learnt!
IGNITE-Beginner course (including one additional class per week) $135
EMBER- Includes IGNITE features and a month of unlimited classes $160
