This is a safe space for women to come together and connect. To share our stories and receive support. To laugh. To listen. To cry.
Each circle will be nothing short of recharging, nourishing and abundant. :)
You will get to explore simple yet powerful feminine embodiment practices as tools to use in your everyday life, to feel more vibrant, confident and feminine.

Welcome to the As you are Women’s Circle - facilitated by me, Franki from As you are Yoga.

Each month we will gather and explore a different theme, gently guided to remove barriers and take you deeper into authentic connection. Reflecting on the month that's been and visioning the month that lays ahead. We’ll share our stories and connect more closely to ourselves and one another.

You'll have a variety of support from each other, from myself and from your own personal learnings and wisdom.

My hope is that this circle will be ongoing, but there’s no obligation to come to every circle.
This is a welcoming space where you're free to share as much, or as little as you want to. No judgement, no expectation, no criticism. You can show up free of obligation or pressure. <3

What to bring:

Comfy clothes so you feel comfy and cosy.
A notebook and pen if you’d like.
Anything that makes you feel more comfortable, pillows, crystals etc.

Other details:

- This evening is open to anyone who identifies as a woman. No men, or children under the age of 15 please.
- There’ll be yummy snacks and tea for us to share at the end of the evening, but please know this is not fully catered. (Plan to have dinner beforehand.)
- Please treat this like a Yoga or Meditation class. There’s nothing for you to ‘do' to prepare. Simply show up as you are, with an open heart and mind.

I am an NLP Practitioner and Coach, Yoga teacher, facilitator, speaker and creator of As you are Yoga. I have fresh and powerful approach to personal development work. My aim is to change the way people relate to themselves and their bodies as well as their lives and relationships. I am also passionate about teaching women about their menstrual cycles and all things embodiment.
