This april fools day come get crazy with free classes ALL DAY LONG!!!!

Check out this amazing schedule of events that are open to the community!!

10:15am - 11:15am - Flow with Mel
Yoga Flow with Mel is a positive and uptempo flow that begins with floor stretching followed by Sun-salutations, lunging twists, balancing, some core work followed by twists and a delightful Savasana.

11:30am - 1:30pm - Thai Massage: The Art of Touch
This introductory class will explore the fundamentals of Thai Massage and how to use the practice as a tool for cultivating mindfulness. On the surface Thai Massage is a bodywork
practice in which giver’s apply compression and stretches to muscles. A wonderful experience in itself! The benefits of this include better mobility and relaxation. If you go deeper however, the
giver has the opportunity to practice being present and the practice becomes a moving meditation. These principles can be applied to our everyday lives. Thai Massage is done on a mat on the floor. We will be working in pairs when we practice the techniques, but you do not need to come with a partner. The class will conclude with a guided flow.

3pm - 5pm - Thai Massage: Principles in Practice
Thai Massage is a great way to relax, recover and reconnect with the here and now. We will be taking the principles we learned earlier and applying them to the practice further. There will be a focus on proper body mechanics as we learn more techniques and assisted stretches. Come unwind and reset.

Thai Massage is done on a mat on the floor. We will be working in pairs when we practice the techniques, but you do not need to come with a partner. The class will conclude with a guided
flow.

5:30pm - 7pm - Acro 101/Moving Through Space and Time
Beginner
Join Kelly Marburger and Eric sipes in order to learn fundamental AcroYoga poses and how to transition from one to another. If you’re new to AcroYoga then this is the class for you, we’ll be learning fundamental poses such as bird, straddle throne, and foot to shin. All the while honing our balance and timing through transitioning from pose to pose!

In order to be successful in this class you must be able to:
Listen intently
Give good hugs
Smile while accomplishing the seemingly impossible

7:30pm - 10pm - PotLuck!!
Bring your favorite dish to share with your community! We'll provide tables, you bring the rest! :D :D :D :D
