April's Self Care Sunday: Alleviate Emotional Eating, $20
Ascent welcomes guest speaker Sharon Burris-Brown for this 2 hour interactive class in which she’ll share strategies to alleviate stress eating. The focus is on mindfulness techniques, but we will also cover other strategies as well as discuss how emotional eating shows up in people’s lives and what effects it has on health. Sharon Burris-Brown is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She specializes in helping busy professionals create time for their families and for self-care.
