LADIES ONLY Semi Private PT sessions are here for you ... find your motivation, energy, tone up and get the support you want & deserve!
It's not always easy to fit everything in and balance the real world of life, work & family ... and I understand it's not possible to be perfect.

But, I know that you are willing to do what you can, when you can, to the best of your ability.

Our sessions include both Strength & Cardio training every Tuesday & Thursday mornings 5:30am

Spots are limited so that you can focus on your workout

Yes, you will be able to keep up because it's not about going as fast as you can or using super heavy weights .. you workout to your own fitness level ... it's all about YOU!
