Creative Wellbeing will be a free creative course involving creative writing and arts, and will result in participants creating a book of their journey. The focus is particularly on mental health and wellbeing. We hope that by using creativity in this way, people will feel a greater sense of wellbeing. They may have a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives, and will also have developed skills and new interests.
We hope that by the end of the six week sessions participants will have gained new skills, contributed to the book that the whole community can enjoy, met new people, and have a better understanding of their own wellbeing and health.
