YogaFlow. An 8-week vinyasa yoga, breathing, and meditation intensive with Mike Nevitt.
This 8-week course will be about going deep into the essential elements of yoga practice.
Students will enjoy practical exploration of the philosiphical foundations of yoga as applied to real practice in the modern world. The core elements of Bandha, Kriya, Asana, and pranayama will lead the way to insight meditation.
The course will challenge you at the level you are at and so is open to beginners and advanced students. Be prepared to sweat, breath deep, sit still, and relax deep down to your core!
