In advance of the public hearing on the draft Tacoma Mall Neighborhood Subarea Plan, associated code changes and Environmental Impact Statement, City planning staff will conduct an informational meeting on Monday, April 16, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., at the Asia Pacific Cultural Center (4851 S. Key goals include promoting investment and job growth, providing transportation choices, improving livability and community health, protecting the environment, and empowering stakeholders. The associated zoning changes and impact statement are early implementation steps toward achieving those goals.
