Free Yoga & Meditation for Veterans and ADF April 1-30

The Australian School of Meditation & Yoga invites all veterans and active duty ADF members to come to any class, any day, at no cost for the month of April.

Yoga and meditation are time-tested, proven practices that help decrease stress, anxiety and depression, increase inner peace, overall well-being, and clarity, and are simple yet powerful personal healing tools. Veteran and military communities around the world are successfully using the tools of yoga and meditation to help support their health, resiliency and healing and the physical, mental and emotional demands of military service.

Combining mindfulness, asanas, relaxation and meditation, ASMY classes are a healthy and effective way to support well being. The practice of yoga has the additional benefit of preventing and/or reducing injury, while simultaneously helping to manage the experience
of pain.

We look forward to welcoming all active duty ADF and veterans to our programs from April 1st to 30th in the hopes of supporting them on their path to health and well being.

About the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga
We are Australia’s largest not for profit yoga and meditation organisation offering programs in Brisbane, Darwin, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Many of our teachers have a family connection with the ADF with currently serving sons, partners and brothers.
