Just for fun and fitness, this is a new event for the second half of the month. Please join and crush it. Start with 30-60 second plank for a few days and then work your way to 90 seconds and end the month strong with a 2 minute plank. For a bonus, add 10 pushups a day. The main challenge is to work your plank every day.
