Conditioning Week 1

Conditioning runs Monday July 23th-August 3rd, 5:00-7:00pm. Monday through Friday at Santa Rosa Elementary School. Each player MUST have a MINIMUM of 10 hours conditioning before they will be issued out equipment (equipment hand out date TBA). It is encouraged for players to attend as many days of conditioning as possible.
Players must arrive early as they will need to check in each day of conditioning to make sure they get credit for their hours. Coaches require players to be on the field and ready to practice by 5:00pm.
Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing during conditioning weeks. They may wear cleats or running shoes. ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING WATER. We cannot stress hydration enough.
NO PLAYER will be allowed to take the field without ALL paperwork being turned in. NO EXCEPTIONS as this a requirement of Central Coast Youth Football League.
