Friday 7:30-8:30 AM
For those just beginning, or getting back in touch with their yoga practice, it is important to understand the foundations of asana. Each pose will be explored individually in order to understand its purpose and most effective alignment. Then, poses are strung together and practiced in a flowing sequence.
Students will learn to use their strength to move in powerful confidence.
This class will be taught in four modules:
4/6 - Sun Salutations
4/13 - Standing Poses and Balance
4/20 - Core Strength and Seated Poses
4/27 - Backbends and Twists
In addition, students are encouraged to pick the pass that best aligns with their needs:
Drop ins: $10 /class
Beginner’s 1 Month Yoga Pass: $35
(includes all 4 classes in April.)
Beginner’s Pass Plus: $85
(all 4 classes in April plus one offsite private lesson)
