Focusing on strengthening your abs, butt and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises that will target all major muscle groups. This circuit style class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. Class consists of a warm-up, 30 minutes of circuit training,pilates inspired core training and finishing off with stretching. If there is enough interest this class will continue for another 4 weeks
