Atlantic Highlands resident Paul Cavise will speak on the Amendments to the Constitution.

Understanding the Bill of Rights in the 21st Century Professor Cavise comes to the Strauss Mansion to bring an understanding of the Bill of Rights and present observations as to their application in daily life, including a discussion of the historical challenges presented in the 21st century. Reception to follow after what we expect to be a lively discussion.

Paul Cavise graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science and a dual concentration in Engineering and French; Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Masters of Business Administration and a dual concentration in Management and Operations Research; and, Rutgers University with a Juris Doctor and a dual concentration in Corporate and Estate Law. Mr. Cavise founded Computer Law Corporation in 1980. He later became a Vice President in institutional equity sales and trading at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Doctor Cavise retired from the practice of law after 30 years. Colonel Cavise retired from the military after 20 years. Professor Cavise now teaches courses, including constitutional law, to college freshmen and sophomores.
