Hip & Arm Balancing Workshop with Begüm Gülderen

Due to popular demand we are bringing you this exciting and eye (and hip) opening workshop again this month!

Learn how to balance your body on your arms and hands and master those impressive poses you have seen on social media!
This exciting workshop will explore the connection between hips and arms and will see you flying off your mat with expert advice and simple adjustment tricks. Begüm will start your flight journey by guiding you through a comfortable Vinyasa Flow to warm up the body in preparation for some powerful hip opening asanas.
Hip openers are important in realising once potential for arm balancing asanas and you will be guided step by step on this explorative journey. With Begüm's help you will be able to perform arm balancing poses close to the ground and eventually take off to fly!

This workshop is definitely a must for any intermediate or advanced students, however, Begüm welcomes new students who want to practice more challenging poses under expert instruction and she will provide variations for any strength & skill level.

About the instructor Begüm Gülderen: Concurrently with her ongoing travels, she works as a yoga teacher in Cyprus, Turkey and India. She is one of North Cyprus' leading Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher with over 10 years experience and a certified yoga teacher and director of the yoga teacher training school in North Cyprus. She is certified at The Ganesh College of Yoga in the USA. Begüm has travelled all over the world to teach, to practice, included India, USA, UK, Japan, Indonesia and many more!
