Shake Up, Shake Off and Shake Out!
We will practice Anukalana Yoga to open, expand… connect to our breath and what’s happening inside. We will move in ways that will help us to release tension, reawaken bits of you that may have gone to sleep, revitalise and reenergise your body, mind and soul.
We will journey through ecstatic, elemental embodiment- a.k.a. boogying like nobody’s watching (not worrying about what it looks like and ONLY worrying about how it feels… and it feels GOOD!)
We will dive into nurturing stillness with Yoga Nidra, Yin-style surrender and Meditations – a.k.a. really relaxing.
No previous shaking, yoga or dance “skill” is necessary … in fact, sometimes “experience” in these things might make it more of a challenge… we want to remember how our bodies naturally want to move, to express and to let go… not what someone taught us once.
