Stabilize, Step: Optimizing Our feet Through Pilates
The condition of our feet can affect everything we do, our movement efficiency and alignment. Often ignored or misunderstood by our clients, foot fitness is a gateway into understanding the connectivity of the entire body. Joe Pilates understood this, and there is much in the system that addresses feet.
We will learn some basic anatomy, understand function and misfunction, and you will come away with a basic
understanding of gait, foot problems and other feet related issues. You will experience both traditional and new foot exercises, and learn how to work the feet on various apparatus.
