Yoga taught according to the Sivananda’s method which combines dynamic sequences and deep stretching. The classes are open to everybody, do not worry if you haven’t done yoga before, Anna will bring you through it :)
Expect happy and relaxed athmospere during the classes and we warn you - yoga is addictive!
