Kettlebell Foundations Workshop (2 Day)
During this beginner/intermediate level workshop, students will focus primarily on the technical progressive aspects of kettlebell training. This workshop will include substantial hands-on instruction diving into not only how to perform key kettlebell movements correctly, but also provide you insights into how to become an effective kettlebell coach for your clients and athletes.
