Just in time for its 10th anniversary, we’re bringing back Oyster Invitational, a block party on Waltham Street celebrating our favorite bivalve. We'll welcome fellow chefs and shuckers from around Boston and pair them with some of our favorite New England oyster vendors to create a street food themed dish highlighting their oysters; guests will vote on their favorite dish.
In addition to the street food stations, the afternoon will feature curated wine and beer bars, a specialty cocktail station, a DJ and dancing, demonstrations and classes in Stir and The Butcher Shop, auctions to benefit the Barbara Lynch Foundation, and of course, a shucking competition.
