Yoga is a brilliant way for new mums to connect with their baby and get out and about:)
You will learn poses for you and your baby and help to ease any tension from nursing and carrying your baby as well as some breathing techniques and relaxation.
The last week of the course we will be doing BABY MASSAGE which helps relieve colic, promote sleep and is such a beautiful way to pamper your little one.
For this course there is a maxium of X5-6 MUMS ONLY
