Stretch & Unwind Yoga X4 WEEK BLOCK

Restorative yoga is a slower paced yoga class focusing on self awareness, breath and stillness. While we hold yoga poses for longer periods of time to allow our body to release and open while quieting the mind.
Props such as blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters may be incorporated to support you in the yoga poses. It is suitable for all, improves flexiblilty, helps develop paitence, humbleness and the ability to focus.
You do not have to use energy to gain energy, restorative yoga is perfect for times when you are stressed out, injured or lacking in energy.
Please note most classes have a maximum of 6 Adults
Casual rates are available if there is space, however clients booked on courses will have priority.
Use of mat and all yoga props included in all course prices.
