FLOW YOGA X4 WEEK BLOCK
STARTING THE 3RD MAY -24TH MAY
These classes offer you a dynamic form of yoga with influences from Ashtanga and Hatha. It synchronise breath with movement to energise the body and focus the mind. This style of yoga is physically challenging and will improve fitness strength and focus. Practicing yoga on a regular basis will leave you feeling open, lighter and free from tension and stress in both body and mind. Modifications of the poses are introduced for beginners or people with injuries and the yoga is practiced with an internal awareness to avoid injury.
Please note most classes have a maximum of 6 Adults
Casual rates are available if there is space, however clients booked on courses will have priority.
Use of mat and all yoga props included in all course prices.
