This one-day class is for moms who recently (or not so recently) had a baby. It will combine information on improving/preventing common postpartum issues. Some examples include urinary or fecal incontinence, back or pelvic pain, painful intercourse, diastasis recti, and much more. We will review exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and core to combat these issues.
