So excited for this reading, moved it up a week: Randy Michael Signor coming down form Seattle, with local poets Lex Runciman and Jimi Hendrix.
Randy Michael Signor will be reading from his new novel, Osawatomie. He grew up in Kansas, about a dozen of those years in Osawatomie. His short fiction has been published in numerous literary magazines—including Black Clock, New Letters, Witness, Carolina Quarterly, Cottonwood—and he has received several fellowships and awards. His nonfiction/journalism has appeared in newspapers and magazines nationwide. He is also a painter and has shown his work in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Chicago.
Lex Runciman has published 6 books of poems, including Salt Moons: Poems 1981-2016. He taught college students for 35 years, is retired now, and lives in Portland.
Jimi Hendrix s a poet, musician and artist living in Portland, Ore. She is obsessed with water, dream states and dogs, of course. Her first chapbook, The Gold Are Venomous, was self published in May 2017 and her second, a collaboration with The Jennings Hotel in Joseph, Ore., is on the way this spring.
