IT IS OKAY to NOT be okay sometimes. Many moms wear the mask of “It’s alright” or “I’m doing fine” when they may not feel that way beneath the mask. Join Kylie Ross Simnioniw from Simnioniw Family Chiropractic at 10:45 at the Badlands Baby Fair & Expo, Saturday, April 21st, for an intimate and honest discussion about her experience with postpartum depression. She will share strategies and resources to cope with feelings of anxiety after childbirth.
