Join Hollie Kuppler, Certified Personal Trainer Specializing in Postnatal Fitness, Yoga Instructor at Section 14 Fitness for Pelvic Floor + Core: Getting Strength Back after Baby at 1:45pm at the 4th Annual Badlands Baby Fair & Expo!
This hands-on class will educate participants on how to create awareness of the pelvic floor and core through breathing techniques. Then we will learn exercises that can safely be practiced into postpartum and why it matters for quality of life and confidence in physical activity.
Hollie Kuppler has been in the fitness industry for twelve years and loves to motivate her loved ones to get and keep moving. She emphasizes strength and mobility in her training sessions and yoga classes. After becoming a mother, she has grown to love working with other moms seeking to feel strong and confident in their bodies. She has completed a Postnatal Fitness Specialist course and from this absolutely loves educating women on how to become more aware of the power and strength they already possess. She works and plays out of her studio, Section 14 Fitness in Mott.
