4 week Yoga Nidra course – Sunday 6.15pm to 7.15pm
April, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, 2018.
Each session begins with some mindful movement, to help open and release tensions and help the body prepare for Yoga Nidra. The 4 week course is £45 per person.
Each week you will have guidelines for some self study. Plus access to recordings during the course for home practice.
What is Yoga Nidra?
A proven antidote to anxiety, Yoga Nidra has been adopted by older people to younger people. From stressed out parents to overworked executives. This 4 week Sunday Series course on Yoga Nidra is suitable for all levels of Yoga experience. Whether you are new to Yoga, or an experienced Yogi, or teacher of Yoga everyone is welcome to attend.
Bring your own yoga mat, or one will be provided if you don’t have one. And bring an extra blanket to keep your wam.
This 4 week course is led by Jasmin, a qualified and certified Yoga Nidra teacher. She undertook her initial training with Swami Satyaprakash in 2010. Jasmin is studying a new six month course under the guidance of Swami Nirmal. Jasmin is also a Yoga teacher trainer, student of Zen and a Pracitioner Psychologist.
