If you've always wanted to learn how to make and work with fondant, we've got just the workshop for you! Sign up for our Basic 2-Tier Fondant Workshop with Chef Kristian Kristoffer Roque on April 27, 2018 and you will learn all of these in this whole day, hands-on workshop:

• Make elastic rolled fondant and gumpaste from scratch
• Make ganache and use it to coat a real cake in preparation for fondant
• Cover dummy and real cake with fondant
• Stack real and dummy cakes (2 tier)
• How to properly use airbrush on fondant
• Make the following edible toppers: unicorn with gold horn, rainbow, clouds
• Properly cover a cake with non-pareils/sprinkles
• Basic product costing

Workshop fee: P3,500
Inclusive of all class materials & ingredients, recipes, lunch, snacks, certificate of completion. You wil also take home the 2-tier cake you made (1 real and 1 dummy cake).
Reservation fee: P1,500 (deductible from workshop fee, non-refundable, may be transferred to another class or person if notice is given at least 4 working days prior to the workshop)
