Amy Harmon, a national correspondent with The New York Times, is heading to Athens, Ohio, to extend the conversation about teaching, learning about and reporting on climate change.
Joining her will be James Sutter, a teacher who was grappling with how to teach climate science in Amy’s piece from last spring, some of his current and former students, and professors from Ohio University's science education, environmental studies and journalism schools.
Join us for this conversation to share your thoughts about your community and what's important for the rest of the world to know. The panel will be from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. followed by a reception until 9 p.m.
You can submit questions in advance on this Facebook event.
