Save water. Save money. Protect the Bay!
Join us for the Pearland Rain Barrel Workshop on Saturday, May 12th at Bakfish Brewing Co.
Registration costs $35 and includes one rain barrel and connector kit -- the cheapest in town!
Spaces are limited, and PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND so register today at galvbay.org/rainbarrel. Registration will close at 10AM on Friday, May 11th.
Rain barrels are an efficient, low-cost, low-maintenance method for collecting rainwater. They are placed at downspouts in order to reduce runoff and flooding, conserve freshwater, and reduce pollution reaching Galveston Bay via storm drains. Rain barrels can be used for watering a garden or houseplants, washing a car, and much more!
